Small Business Tax Advisor

  • Lead the financial operations and profit optimization for small businesses nationwide

  • Provide accounting, tax and business advice to small business owners in various States

  • Assist clients with all their bookkeeping needs using QuickBooks and other accounting softwares

  • Prepare monthly journal entries to record revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

  • Prepare complex individuals and business tax returns including Non-Profits, Trusts and Estates

  • Oversee the preparation of forms 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, 1041, 990, 720, 706 and 709

  • Prepare inside and outside shareholder basis as well as their income tax projections

  • Manage sales tax calculation, payroll tax reconciliation, and the monthly sales tax filing

  • Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals on how to increase profits

  • Provide guidance and training to the accounting and tax teams to better service the clients

  • Mentor and coach business owners and managers on how to increase profits

  • Licensed CPA or EA  candidate is preferred  for this position

Tax Resolution Specialist

  • Help individuals and businesses avoid forced collections and asset seizures

  • Negotiate with the IRS on behalf of taxpayers to resolve their tax issues

  • Provide tax resolution for IRS back taxes owed, collections, lien and levy

  • Respond to income tax notices and letters of balance due from the IRS

  • Research complex tax issues and assist with tax audits (Federal and State)

  • Prepare and E-file individual, partnership, corporate and non-profit tax returns

  • Review and maintain monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliations

  • Assist with day to day, monthly and year end operations of tax department

  • CPA or EA  Licensed is required for this position preferred

Sr. Tax Accountant

  • Assist individuals and small business owners with all their bookkeeping and tax needs

  • Process multi-year tax accounting for self-employed individuals and small businesses

  • Ensure timely filing of all returns and extensions for individuals and entities

  • Prepare federal and state tax return for individuals, businesses, Non-Profits, Trusts and Estates

  • Oversee the reconciliation of all income, expense, assets, liability and equity accounts

  • Reconcile client’s books with their tax returns, retained earnings, equity, contribution and distribution.

  • Prepare monthly journal entries to record revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

  • Complete month-end close including tax calculations and consolidation

  • Prepare weekly sales reports and month end financial reporting packages

  • Complete S-Corp election and the required accounting, payroll and tax changes due to the election

  • Assist Enrolled Agents, CPAs and tax Attorneys resolve clients tax debt issues

Sales Representative

  • Establish new connections with taxpayers and business owners on a daily basis via phone and email

  • Communicate the benefits of our services to taxpayers and business owners nationwide

  • Conduct daily meeting with potential clients to ensure that our services align with their financial goals

  • Act as primary sales and marketing contact for all potential clients, taxpayers and business owners

  • Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategy to convert all new leads into new clients

  • Open new accounts through daily networking with prospects nationwide in person and virtually

  • Identify opportunities for new business through business meetings, conferences and pop-up shops 

  • Virtually connect with potential clients across all 50 States and introduce them to our services.

Administrative Support

  • Support business operation and company growth utilizing current company softwares

  • Assist accounting and tax team members with daily tasks to drive business efficiency

  • Create and Implement new procedures for managing office records and compliance

  • Assist with social media advertising and other marketing funnel to promote our services

  • Identify opportunities for new business through weekly meetings, conferences and webinars

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategy to convert identified opportunities into new clients

  • Virtually connect with potential clients across all 50 States to introduce them to our services
